With over 20 years of experience in customer service, property management, and real estate, I bring a unique blend of expertise as a Transaction Coordinator and dual-licensed real estate agent in both Hawaii and Florida.
My extensive background includes working in one of the busiest real estate offices on Maui, where I thrived as a Transaction Coordinator. On any given day, I managed over 40 open escrows, honing my skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving. This high-volume environment taught me the importance of prioritizing tasks and creating efficient systems to ensure every transaction runs smoothly.
Now based in Florida, I am eager to leverage my skills to support agents and clients in navigating the dynamic local real estate market. Whether your clients are buying their dream home or selling a beachfront property, my goal is to make the experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about sailing, cooking, and spending time with my rescue dog, Lani. Originally from Germany, I've lived in Chicago, Hawaii, and now Florida, giving me valuable firsthand experience with relocation and buying and selling properties.
